When Does My Credit Card Get Charged?

Phone and Online Orders; your credit card will get charged immediately after you place your order. We have a "Pre-pay" policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders.

How Long Until My Order is Delivered?

We can usually Deliver the next business day if paid for before 8:00pm PST, and, depending on our pre-scheduled Deliveries. We will also schedule a delivery for you any time in advance. Shipping is 2-14 business days depending on your location. Whether you want front door delivery or complete white glove service, the delivery will be handled by our own trained staff. Shipping is outsourced to a private contractor.

We pick our vendors very carefully. We require that they stock the furniture, package it to arrive safely and provide excellent service after the sale if needed. Also please understand that sometimes furniture does go on back order. We are entirely dependent on our suppliers to relay back order information. Please be understanding when these rare situations arise. Thank you!

How Much is Delivery?

Delivery to Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County (LA Metro), San Diego County, Phoenix, and the majority of Las Vegas Metro, is a flat fee based upon your order size. Deliveries are FREE for minimum purchases of $751 (before tax). Call or email for Extended Riverside County, San Bernardino County, San Diego County, Ventura County and Santa Barbara County. Delivery Area?

We deliver to California and Las Vegas only. If you are outside of that area, and within the Continental U.S, please call for a shipping quote.

Can I Get an Upstairs Delivery?

Can I Pay by Check?

We do not accept checks at this time but we do accept Cashier’s Check or Money Order in advance. Please call or email us to make arrangements at; (888) 668-9009 or SavvyLivingFurniture@gmail.com.

What About Assembly?

Most of our Delivered products are assembled Free of Charge by our trained staff, minimum purchase of $751 required (before tax). We will allow you to assemble it if you prefer. Some items require extensive assembly time and incur an extra fee. If necessary, the fee is listed on the item description. If your furniture is being shipped to you then we do not include assembly. However, If you need a service to assemble your furniture, we can arrange for assembly. For more details, call (888) 668-9009 for an instant quote.

What are the Dimensions of the Different Size Mattresses?

Twin 39" x 74"
Twin XL 39" x 80"
Full 54" x 74"
Queen 60" x 80"
California King (CA King) 72" x 84"
Eastern King (EA King) 76" x 80".
Dimensions are not exact since mattresses vary in size.

Can you Customize the Furniture?

Yes, there are many options avaiable. Please call and speak to our top of the line customer service to help select your custom options.

Are Finish Colors Accurate?

We do our best to accurately show the finish colors of each piece we carry by using Ultra HD pictures, however, colors can vary by personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video card differences and printing variations.

What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?

All Products are covered under the manufacturer"s warranty. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased through Savvy Living Furniture. We strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer"s warranty.

Who Handles Customer Service?

We strive to provied the finest customer service, carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If you need service on products, we will do everything we can to help you. What if My Merchandise Arrives Damaged?

We personally deliver and inspect all our furniture before arriving to you for assembly. If you receive your order as a shipment, and, in the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the shipping paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

All our products are custom ordered for our valuable customers. As soon as the order is placed, we initiate the sequence of events which ultimately results in you receiving product you ordered. Since all our products are custom ordered, at the very beginning of this sequence, Savvy Living Furniture and its respective customer become financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product. We at Savvy Living Furniture try to remain the most customer friendly furniture store and will attempt to assist you in cancellation of your order. We will contact the manufacturer and make all the necessary arrangements, but, unfortunately even we are not able to cancel any orders which have been already prepared for shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer. Please, note that even if the tracking number is not available to us or you at the time you request cancellation of your order; it might actually be already too late. We will contact you immediately after the manufacturer advises us of whether we can cancel your order or not.

Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance.

What is the Return Policy?

ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. If for a customer service or other issue you are offered a refund for your order in the full amount of your order less all delivery charges and a 35% restocking fee to accept the return of the item by the manufacturer will be processed to you after the item is received back by the warehouse. Please, do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning or exchanging since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances. All returned or exchanged products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back. Merchandise received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable, no refunds are available. Merchandise Sold “As is” or “Clearance” is FINAL and will not be eligible for warranty, exchange, allowance, refund or service. All claims of defect must be received in writing within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and will be reviewed and if approved it will at our discretion be repaired or replacement. The above stated warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective product at the option of Savvy Living Furniture.
